We are Independent Mortgage Brokers and Directly Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA 300122)

We charge a Brokerage Fee of £450, but this is only payable once a mortgage offer has been achieved. We normally collect this via client's solicitors on completion of the mortgage.

As an Independent Mortgage Broker we do have to offer an Up-front Inclusive Fee as an alternative to our normal fees and this is £2,000.

Should you choose this route, we shall repay you all fees from lenders or commissions from Insurance Companies within 90 days of completion. Should we not be able to obtain a mortgage offer, this fee will immediately be refunded to you. In all other cases non-refundable.
